WP ERP review

A free HR, accounting and CRM suite from weDevs, where the CRM module covers contacts, companies, activities and two-way email at no cost. Deals, workflows and WooCommerce sync need a yearly plan priced by the number of users.

Best for: Small businesses that want CRM, HR and accounting in one self-hosted plugin. It suits teams that already work in wp-admin and do not need a frontend CRM.

Strengths / Weaknesses

Strengths

  • The free core includes contacts, companies, tasks, meetings, calls and a schedule calendar.
  • Emails sent from a contact are threaded, and replies arrive through IMAP.
  • CRM manager and agent roles are free, and agents see only their own contacts.
  • Free subscription forms plus Contact Form 7 and Ninja Forms integration.
  • Invoices and quotes come with the free accounting module.

Weaknesses

  • Deals, workflows and WooCommerce sync need the Growth plan at $257 a year.
  • Paid plans are priced per user, from 1 user on Starter to 10 on Scale.
  • Email campaigns run through the separate weMail plugin.
  • No frontend for the CRM; it works only in wp-admin.
  • The refund window is 14 days.
