Connector to a hosted CRMVersion checked: 11.3.75 · Oct 16, 2026
HubSpot review
The official HubSpot plugin connects a WordPress site to HubSpot's hosted CRM and adds forms, live chat and visitor tracking to your pages. The free CRM covers contacts, deals, tickets and email marketing, and paid plans are priced per seat.
Best for: Teams that want a full hosted CRM with marketing, sales and service tools, and are happy for their data to live on HubSpot's servers rather than in WordPress.
Strengths / Weaknesses
Strengths
- The free CRM includes contacts, companies, deals, tasks, tickets, forms and marketing email.
- Forms, live chat and popups are added to the site without a separate form plugin.
- Captures entries from form plugins such as Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms and WPForms.
- Change history and per-user record permissions on all plans.
- A documented REST API and a large app marketplace.
Weaknesses
- All CRM data is stored on HubSpot's servers, not in your WordPress database.
- The free plan is limited to two users and 1,000 contacts, with HubSpot branding.
- Prices are per seat, and the $7 a month Starter price is a limited-time offer for new customers.
- Forecasting, the leads object, a knowledge base and the customer portal need Professional plans.
- WooCommerce sync relies on third-party apps.
