Plugixa CRM vs HubSpot

HubSpot's plugin connects your site to HubSpot's hosted CRM; your contacts and deals are stored on HubSpot's servers. Plugixa CRM runs entirely inside WordPress and stores everything in your own database.

HubSpot has the largest install base here, with more than 200,000 active installs. Plugixa CRM is new.

Both plugins have a checked value for 32 of 33 features, and they differ on 16 of them.

Verdict

HubSpot is the better pick if you want a hosted platform and plan to buy into its paid hubs. Plugixa CRM is the better pick if you want the CRM inside WordPress, with your data on your own server and no per-seat cost.

Choose Plugixa CRM if

  • You want customer data to stay on your own server.
  • You have more than two users, or more than 1,000 contacts, and do not want to pay per seat.
  • You want several pipelines, a forecast and a customer portal without a paid plan.

Choose HubSpot if

  • You want a hosted CRM with live chat, a large app marketplace and mobile apps.
  • You plan to grow into marketing and sales automation and accept per-seat pricing.
  • You do not want to run CRM software on your own WordPress site.
