For newsletters and marketing automation, choose FluentCRM. For a sales team working deals, or a business handling support requests, choose Plugixa CRM. Some sites will run both, with FluentCRM for the list and Plugixa CRM for sales and support.

Choose Plugixa CRM if

  • You need deals on a pipeline board with a forecast; FluentCRM has no deals.
  • You need a support queue, a knowledge base or a customer portal.
  • You want roles that limit each user to their own or their team's records.
  • You want incoming email filed against contacts and turned into cases.

Choose FluentCRM if

  • Email marketing is the main job, and you need automated sequences and segments.
  • You want integrations with LMS, membership and e-commerce plugins.
  • You want the plugin with the larger install base and a long track record.
